COORDINATION
Hi, I’m Jenna! For the last 10, years I’ve been a wife and a nurse. For the last 8, I’ve been a boy mom. For the last 3, I’ve been a wedding coordinator and I can’t get enough of it! And together Mitch and I have been working with couples for over 10 years. Working with couples is truly the heart behind what I (we) do.
Believe me, I understand that planning a wedding and pulling together all the last minute details can be stressful and difficult, but it doesn't have to be that way. In fact, that’s why couples hire me… so that they can guarantee that it’s not! You should be free to enjoy each and every moment without distraction - after all it is your Wedding Day!
Are you asking yourself why you need a coordinator? Well, a coordinators job is to take care of YOU! A venue coordinator takes care of the venue. I take care of all vendors AND the venue AND anything else that comes up. I ensure your timeline keeps moving along so that you’re eating on time, getting to your golden hour photos when the sun is in “just the right spot” and making sure your speeches start before the best man has one too many.
We will meet 5-6 weeks before your wedding date to go over all the specifics and every little detail. From this point on, we will have regular communication and I will be making phone calls on your behalf, sending emails and handling any last minute correspondence.
You can expect one scheduled phone call per week, with additional email and text communication. A master timeline and checklist will be created to meet your specific needs and to ensure all details have been accounted for.
On your wedding day, I will handle any and all coordination with your officiant (you should hire Mitch!), wedding party, the venue and vendors - including final payments.

Hi, I’m Mitch. For over 10 years I’ve worked with couples as a former young adult ministry leader and now as a wedding officiant. I’m married to my best friend (and boss) Jenna. I have my dream job as a father of 3 boys, but I also get to be a firefighter every third day. I’ve officiated weddings all over Wisconsin and I absolutely love it. I want to totally exceed all of your expectations and send all of your family and friends into the greatest night of their lives as they party their butts off at your wedding reception. BUT! I wholeheartedly believe that only happens if your ceremony knocks their socks off. I want your ceremony to be the most memorable part of your day and make it 100% personal and meaningful to you. Here’s what’s included:
We’ll meet 2-3 separate times to get to know each other better and discuss ceremony details for a fully customized ceremony.
You’ll get access to the ceremony outline and a questionnaire that further personalizes your ceremony message.
The SYMBIS pre-marriage assessment. https://www.symbis.com It’s super easy and fun! This is the part that I’m told sets my services apart from others.
Professional sound equipment. Bose S1 Pro Bluetooth speaker and wireless microphone.
I don’t suggest a rehearsal. You should still do a dinner the night before and gather with your family, but a traditional rehearsal is not necessary.
Arrive 1-2 hours before your ceremony to coordinate with bridal party and other vendors.
I will take care of filing/mailing your marriage license to the county the ceremony was performed in no later than 3 days after the ceremony.
