Hi! We get asked the following questions a lot, so we thought this might help.
Where are you located? I’m lost!
Ok, so, we’re not sure what the problem is, but GPS programs and apps sometimes take people out past Downtown Dells. We are not there. We are located at 332 State Highway 13, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965, in the Shops at Hubert Creek. We’re just minutes away from both Downtown Dells and Mt. Olympus Resort. We share the plaza with the Wisconsin Dells location of Starbucks and Coldstone Creamery, right next to the Walgreens.
How large are your pizzas?
All of our pizzas are 11-inch Neapolitan thin crust. We consider them “personal pizzas” and, most often, adults and hungry kids each order their own pizza. If you’re not very hungry, or you have little kiddos, splitting one often does the trick.
Do you have any Gluten-Free options?
Heck, yeah! We offer a delicious 100% gluten-free crust. It’s amazing! And, we have Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake and Gluten-Free Brown Sugar and Sea Salt Marshmallow Treats. We even have a few gluten-free adult beverages, like White Claw Seltzers!
BUT, we cannot guarantee you a 100% gluten-free pizza. We’re more like “gluten-friendly.” You see, we make our wheat-based dough in-house daily and wheat-based dough comes in contact with our prep areas and oven regularly, so there is a likelihood of light cross-contamination. We do our best to wipe down surfaces and use equipment isolated from our housemade dough, but if you have a serious allergy, we ask that you make a responsible choice – at our pizzeria, or any pizzeria that makes fresh dough in-house.
Do you have any vegetarian or vegan options?
Double heck yeah! Both our housemade dough and our gluten-free crusts are vegan. And, we have a ton of vegan base sauces and veggies for your pizza. Plus, we’re proud to offer Daiya Cutting Board Shreds as a non-dairy “cheese” alternative. We also have massive, fresh salads, if you’re in the mood for that. And, our Original Pizza Crust Salad Bowl is vegan, too!
Do you have cauliflower crusts?
We do!!! And, they are incredible! We also offer giant, fresh, custom salads and you can add in lots of meats and veggies.
Do you offer online ordering?
Yes! There’s a button to Order Online on our Home Page.
Do you deliver?
Kinda! We’ve recently partnered with UberEats in the Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton area. However, our Create-Your-Own experience will only be available for Dine-In and Carry-Out guests. We’ve created a menu exclusively for UberEats of new Lab-Tested Pizzas and Salads. We will be available on UberEats during most non-peak hours.
Do you take reservations?
We’re not that fancy. We’re casual. Come on in!
Do you offer gift cards?
Better believe it! Visit us at the Lab and you can score them in any denomination.
