WHEDA is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Marketing Project Coordinator to work in our Madison office. The position of Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing outreach and communication plans for WHEDA business units and their external partners and stakeholders to promote WHEDA products and services for improving Wisconsin communities.
Position Summary
Collaborates with business units and external partners in crafting messaging around affordable housing, economic development, homeownership, and ancillary subject matters like, public policy and sustainability. Performs research, data gathering and analysis.
Serves as project manager for WHEDA’s annual Housing Grant Program. This includes developing and executing grant program priorities and grant materials; assisting grant applicants with inquiries as appropriate; conducting all aspects of application review process and ensuring compliance by grant awardees. Maintains all files and documentation for the program.
Develops marketing tools and communications for all business units within WHEDA. Includes: researching and writing content for marketing materials, developing website content, and overseeing projects from inception to final production.
Assists the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and manage project plans for new product launches, marketing campaigns and conferences.
Participates in the development of marketing strategies for new initiatives or existing products. This includes researching trends in housing and economic development, and conducting market research,
Creates graphics, training materials and other presentation aids to help assimilate complex information to internal and external audiences.
Performs or assists with other duties as assigned.
Salary Information
Hiring Range for this position is from $54,094 to $66,472 Annually. Offered Salary will be based on qualifications. WHEDA provides a competitive salary and WHEDA employees participate in the State of Wisconsin benefit package which includes retirement, health insurance and deferred compensation programs.
