Our Story
Burnette Stump Grinding is a family-owned company founded by Tim Burnette, an entrepreneur based in Cleveland, TN. The idea of starting a stump grinding company is actually a product of Tim and his family’s passion and volunteerism.
The tornadoes that hit Tennessee in 2020 damaged not only properties but also took lives. For many families, it was a struggle to deal with the aftermath of the catastrophe. While it was a terrible period, it was also a time when neighbors and community members came together to help one another.
During this time, Tim noticed that there was a huge need for professional and cost-efficient stump grinding and removal services in the area. He was aware that stump grinding and removal are not tasks that can be performed by just an average person. It’s an undertaking that needs to be dealt with expertise and diligent work.
As Tim already had stump grinding experience, he and his sons took part in the cleanup efforts by volunteering to help families clear out their yards. Tim is passionate about helping people reclaim their yards back by removing unwanted and ugly stumps.
Because of this, Tim devoted his time and effort to build Burnette Stump Grinding from the ground up. He invested in top-notch equipment and learned all of the best practices when it comes to stump grinding. He also worked with arborists and specialists to make sure that every stump grinding service performed by the company is delivered exceptionally well.
