"TLDR; fast, on time, professional, below average on the estimate, did not go over the estimate, and left a very clean worksite (my yard) behind. A sincere "Thank You" to Sergio Ortiz and his team. From the first, Sergio gave us an in depth estimate, taking more time and gathering more information than any of the other companies. LP Roofing came in a little under average on their estimate, in comparison. We decided to use LP Roofing because of Sergio's professionalism and willingness to talk to us about our concerns and potential issues. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They communicated with us though the project. They re-shingled our home and two car garage in just over a day including an amazing clean up. All the team members he brought were polite and seemed happy. It was nice to hear them laughing on occasion while still hustling on a hot day. A little thing, but I think it says a lot for that team.
